isValidSolarTime(d: Date): boolean
Whether a solarTimes event actually occurs at this place/day.
Parameters
- d: Date
  One of the Dates from a SolarTimes record.
Returns boolean
false when the event does not occur (polar day/night yields Invalid Date), true otherwise.
